Charles Arthur "Chuck" Cox, 52, of Concordia died July 6, 2013, at I-70 Community Hospital at Sweet Springs. The body was cremated. Burial will be in Oregon Trail State Veterans Cemetery at Evansville, Wyo.

Mr. Cox was born Nov. 22, 1960, at Denver, Colo. He was the son of Arthur E. and Shirley Lavoie Cox.

Mr. Cox is survived by two sons, Travis Cox and Austin Cox of Casper, Wyo.; two daughters, Carissa Tindall and Lauren Tindall of Columbia, S.C.; his parents of Yuma, Ariz.; two brothers, Jeffrey Cox of Cary, N.C.; and Kevin Cox of Aurora, Colo.; and a sister, Judy Crater of Arvada, Colo. Mr. Cox is also survived by his fiancee, Robin Robinson.

Arrangements were made by Sweeney-Phillips and Holdren Funeral Home at Warrensburg.
